Herrick Stamps, based in New York, currently have some of the above items available on eBay.  Here’s the text included by Herrick Stamps:

“1991, space travel with new red value surcharge: 150/3R., 200/5R., 300/10R., 500/15R., 2000/35R. Each canc., PNOMH PENH 10.10.91", probably first day. Cert. Osper (2008): These are the only Loose stamps of this issue known to me, the two other values 100/2R., 1500/20R. are only reported on cover. The scarcest postage stamps of Cambodia”.

1965 International Cooperation Year                                                                         This set was never issued but some examples can be found, mostly imperforated (as seen in the 3r. example, above); blocks of perforated stamps from this unissued set are quite rare.  The above 6r and 9r sets of 3 each were purchased in the late 1990's at the Central Post Office in Phnom Penh.

Some sources suggest that the then Prince Norodom Sihanouk ordered that this set of stamps not be issued due to foreign policy issues experienced by Cambodia at that time.
